These guys are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I recently purchased a car which I thought may have had some issues with the transmission. I called on Monday and they were able to book me in for a post-purchase diagnosis the next day along with a courtesy vehicle. Phil was very generous with his time and checked the car to see if there were any issues running a few tests for fault codes, checking the trans oil and going for test drive. Thankfully, I was advised that there was nothing of immediate concern regarding the transmission which was reassuring. Servicing costs are also very fair and competitive. If you're looking to get your transmission serviced, I'd give these guys a go before going to the dealer. A+ customer service!

From the moment I met Phil and Mel
I knew I had come to the right place
Took my 67 Camaro to Phil and he explained in detail, why my auto had failed and the steps to repair, he gave me a quote to do these works and got the job done, he also included inspecting and repairing if required, anything else he saw along the way, including transmission lines and cooler at no extra cost
100% happy with Phil's work, service and price
I highly recommend Phil, and the staff at Bayswater Transmissions, so if you have any automatic gearbox problems you cannot go past Bayswater Auto for all transmission works" Thanks again Phil

Phil is very honest and knowledgeable. My mechanic said there may be an issue with the auto transmission. Phil did a thorough diagnosis and it wasn’t the transmission it was an engine mount which he fixed on the same day. Phil was extremely honest and I would not go anywhere else. Highly recommend. Mel was also great to deal with.

Can’t recommend Phil highly enough. Very honest, knowledgeable and helpful. He recognised the bad situation I was in with ongoing transmission troubles I was having before seeing him, and went to a lot of effort to help my wallet instead of his own. I hope I never have a problem transmission again, but if I do, I know who I will call.

Cannot speak highly enough of the crew at Bayswater Automatic Transmissions. Had a big issue with my Mondeo wagon and they were able to walk me through the problem and quote a solution that has given me trouble free driving ever since. They were able to fix my vehicle in both the time and cost quoted. Thanks

Phil is a knowledgeable trustworthy mechanic, who explained my transmission issue thoroughly and gave me plenty of time to make a decision for the best solution. Phil & Mel are genuinely nice people, and their scanning fee was the lowest I ever paid in the recent two years.
